The thesis of Edwige Lefebvre-Polus, "Cross contributions of geostatistical and deterministic modelling. Example of nitrates and dissolved oxygen in a river system", has won the silver medal of the French Academy of Agriculture. The medal will be awarded on the formal ceremony for the beginning of the new academic year on 3 October.

Geostatistics in the Characterization of a Sedimentary Deposit

This training will be held from 13^rd to 17^th of May 2013 in English. The main objective of this course is to recall the main geostatistical basic concepts that are applied in routine by companies, in different domains of activity (mining, oil industry, environment …). Environmental Geostatistics

Four training days will be held on 29^th and 30^th of November 2012 and 21^st and 22^nd of February 2013 to present geostatistics methods applied to environmental domain (in French). Each day can be followed separately. More information switch in French.
